Majnoon Oil Field, 19 July 2025— His Excellency Eng. HE Hayan Abdul Ghani Al-Sawad, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Oil, inaugurated the newly completed Guest House and Physical Training Center at the Majnoon Oil Field.

During the visit, His Excellency also inspected a number of strategic projects nearing completion, including the wet oil units within the DS2 plant development, and CPF2, both expected to significantly enhance the field's production capacity and help achieve international oil quality standards.

The Minister was accompanied by members of the Parliamentary Strategic Planning Committee, who commended the progress of ongoing projects and the Ministry of Oil’s efforts under the leadership of H.E. Eng. Hayan Abdul Ghani Al-Sawad. The Committee praised the tangible achievements made in the field, reflecting the Ministry's commitment to advancing Iraq’s energy sector.
