Operations of Majnoon oil field  serving as the backbone of day-to-day production activities. to ensure seamless and cost-efficient production while prioritizing safety. The Operations department has a broad range of responsibilities, including Surface facilities management, production oversight, exported crude quality control, monitoring and reporting, and keeping our client informed and up to date on all operational matters.

    Majnoon Oil Field has achieved several milestones over the years, including:

1. Successfully completed several a major planned maintenance shutdown of the surface production facilities on schedule and within budget.

2. Achieving a safety record of zero lost time incidents in the past years, which is a testament to the department's commitment to safety.

3. Successfully managing the environmental impact of oil and gas operations, resulting in the company being recognized for its environmental stewardship.

4. Implementing a new OA system that provides real-time overrides management allowing for faster decision-making and improved safety performance.

5. Successful commissioning and start up of the new water injection pilot project.
