It is the aspiration of the training and development team to be ‘World Class’ in its training delivery and its competence development framework in order to develop and achieve recognition of its Iraqi national workforce utilizing the Majnoon Training facility.

The TDR program is designed mainly for the BOC trainees in order to improve their level of competency by acquiring underpinning knowledge in different disciplines such as Processing Operations, Electrical Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance. Job Shadowing
The process of job shadowing is more or less similar across its different forms with some subtle variations, as explained below:
The main purpose of job shadowing is to qualify BOC employees for their target jobs and upgrade their performance level. It provides them with much deeper insight into their functional job profile and allows them to gain knowledge and skills critical for their jobs.
Reverse Shadowing: Normally what we would do is assign someone to shadow the expert, only have you ever really learnt anything by observing? Did you learn to ride a bicycle by observing or by riding? This is where the reverse shadowing come into play. This reverse shadowing allows the BOC employee to learn by getting his or her hands dirty. It ensures the BOC employees (mentee) perform assigned tasks until consistently doing them safely and independently.
