Notable success stories include:
• Implementation of efficient Asset Integrity and Reliability programs to ensure the safe operation and performance of all facilities. Asset Integrity assessment work initiated for the continued safe operation of all Majnoon facilities beyond their original design life. Major milestones of this project already completed.
• Successful implementation of Phase-1 Online Corrosion Monitoring; providing real-time data available in the new FCC command center.
• Commissioning and operation of several new projects, along with key technical input for process improvement. Projects include the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), High-Pressure Water Injection System for reservoir pressure maintenance and monitoring (HPS), Technical support to River Water Treatment Plant (RWTP), new Central Processing Facility (CPF2) and several other expansion projects.
• Design and implementation of CPF1 production debottlenecking studies, including Inlet Trunk lines Slug Catchers, Heating System and Separators internals upgrade (in process).
• Successful planning and execution of multiple partial and full field shutdowns within schedule and budget.
